I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly pleasant and warm. It immediately gave a sense of homely comfort and relaxation. What stood out the most was the attitude of the staff—they are true professionals, always smiling and ready to help with any questions. It feels like they genuinely care about making sure guests are as comfortable as possible. The hotel's location is also very convenient: everything you need is nearby, which makes traveling much easier. The room was great—spacious and cozy.

Staff are absolutely excellent. Polite and attentive. The housekeeping/cleaning is exceptional, cannot fault them. Bed comfy. Room size large, plenty of space. Room cleaned daily if wanted. Breakfast, I gave it a miss after first day and bought local fruit and yogurt. Location is good, but there are no ‘local/public’ beaches, all beaches are owned by the big resorts that you pay to go into for the day. I felt safe in this area, the locals are fabulous and friendly. Good coffee shops.

I highly recommend this hotel rooms are clean comfortable I honestly can't say enough good things about this hotel it's more like a home staff are the best I have experienced in a very long time I was meant to stay for 2 nights and have stayed for 10 and will find it very hard to leave Do you self a favour and book here you will not regret it

Second stay and excellent service as always. Staff here are always amazing. Rooms are big and comfortable with a kitchen. It's a great hotel for a short stay.

well, nothing went wrong.Place was clean, bed comfortable.pretty quiet. Wifi was good. Staff helpful and cheerful. Thats about all you need really. Its pitched as a kind of budget priced travelling type place and makes a good job of it. Just make sure you are awake before crossing the road outside!!

I like the service of the staff. They were all very courteous, helpful and friendly. I like the room. It was spacious and had the things I needed. I requested for an iron and they brought it in my room. It cost me $2 to use it. The location was great. Right across 7/11. It's just 2 min walk from McDonald's and about 5 min from Jolibee. There are plenty of places to eat at Al Fresco Market which is also less than 5 min walk from the hotel. It's also next to the bus stop going to Cebu City center if you want to ride public transportation. Otherwise, it's easy to get a taxi or Grab since it's along a major street.
